Production Support with Delta

Information drives any business and in any production or manufacturing environment up to date production information is essential. The Delta system contains a variety of tools to extract production and related information from any third party SCADA, PLC or process control system. The information can be incorporated in a variety of financial reports and enquiries enabling management to focus on critical areas.

MAgIC ORE FLOW

A detailed Ore flow system capable of :

• Accounting for the flow of ore from working face through plant to dispatch
• Up to date Ore flow details including tonnages and grades in silo’s, box holes, stockpiles and any other storage location on the mine
• Details of tramming, conveying and other transportation flows including tonnage and grade details
• Flexible visual design allows the most complex Ore flow systems to be accommodated rapidly and efficiently
• Automated ore movement (if SCADA system implemented)
• Display up to date tag values  on complete diagram of mine
• Detailed production results which feed directly into the ore flow system

GEOLOGICAL SAMPLING

Geological samples taken in working places are registered against the working place, bar codes and forwarded to a laboratory for processing. The assay results can be uploaded from XRF Spectrometers and are used in valuation and revenue reporting.

LOG SHEETS

Information that cannot be extracted from external sources can be captured using the Log Sheet function. The design and layout of a log sheet is entirely user driven and can be used for any type of information required for reporting purposes.

STATISTICAL PRODUCTION REPORTING

All production and related information recorded via log sheets, assays imported or directly imported from a process control system can be plotted in a user defined report or graph over any period of time, enabling trend analysis by the click of a button.
