MEDICAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

• The Medical Facility Administration module caters for primary health care, occupational health and pharmacy management.
• Patients are not limited to only employees of the company and may include dependents, contractors etc.
• The module allows medical practitioners to view patient master file information, full medical history and prescriptions issued. Medical practitioners can capture consultation results and review previous consultation records.
• Provision is made for sick leave and sick leave records can be exported to any time and attendance system.
• The module also keeps track of medical aid allowances by employee and expenses incurred by patients against the medical aid allowance.
• Patient confidentiality is paramount and sensitive information is stored in encrypted format in the database.

ELECTRONIC GATE PASSES

• The Electronic Gate Pass module integrates fully with the stores module, asset register and employee database.
• The module caters for electronic capture and approval of gate passes and will include bar coding for simplified tracking and checking at security points.
• A contractors asset register is included and will allow security personnel to verify assets brought onto and removed from site.
