Administration module caters for primary health care, occupational
health and pharmacy management.
Patients are not limited to only employees of the company and may
include dependents, contractors etc.
The module allows medical practitioners to view patient master file
information, full medical history and prescriptions issued. Medical
practitioners can capture consultation results and review previous
consultation records.
Provision is made for sick leave and sick leave records can be exported
to any time and attendance system.
The module also keeps track of medical aid allowances by employee and
expenses incurred by patients against the medical aid allowance.
Patient confidentiality is paramount and sensitive information is stored
in encrypted format in the database.

The Electronic Gate Pass module integrates fully with
the stores module, asset register and employee database.
The module caters for electronic capture and approval of gate passes and
will include bar coding for simplified tracking and checking at security
points.
A contractors asset register is included and will allow security
personnel to verify assets brought onto and removed from site.
