Joint ventures with mining engineering professionals ensure state of the art mining specific modules in our ERP system and a seamless interface to PalPay provide a one stop solution for Payroll and Human Resources. The Palpay system further interfaces to a Time and Attendance system from Skycom providing a complete business solution from Datasaint to our clients.

The short implementation period of our system installations is a major cost saving and offers a quick return on investment for our clients. Our simplified but powerful database design and utilization of standard SQL Server data import tools assists with the process.

Training is of cardinal importance to the success of any installation and we therefore provide a comprehensive training program and on-going refresher courses of our Datasaint Delta system.

Datasaint has been in existence since 1985 and grew from an owner-operated small business to a fully-fledged supplier of quality ERP software. Our offices are situated in Pretoria, South Africa and we offer online support to all our clients through VPN or other means.

Our onsite training centre enables us to satisfy the training requirements of our clients in an organized and professional manner and we provide a variety of courses in our ERP system modules. Future plans include offering courses in general office productivity software to further compliment our training offering and satisfy the training needs of our customers.

A staff share incentive scheme was launched during 2008 to create a pool of resources to be prepared for succession planning. A further benefit of this is ensuring our clients’ interests are protected by experienced, dedicated professionals and we retain key personal for the continuation of a professional service to our clients.

Our Delta development project over the past three years was aimed at consolidating all the diverse system functionality of our various MAgIC installations into a new all inclusive ERP system. This development now allows us to convert and replace our current MAgIC installations with a single version with support personnel focused on a single set of applications with dynamic configurable functionality to satisfy all user requirements.
